The palate is full with ripe black cherry, plum, orange peel, cassis and mushroom with mouth caressing tannins and a lingering finish that won’t quit.
Wild Earth is one of the smaller winery's based in Bannockburn but produce stunning Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. 2009 is shaping up to be a very good vintage for Wild Earth, this wine is still very young but showing signs of potential. Ripe cherry on the palate with long silky tannins and hints of oak and cedar wood. Aroma's of strong toasty oak. We think this wine will age well, it is still young and given another 6-12 months will see huge development.
