Please wait...Weight and dry, this notably complex wine was harvested by hand at just under 23 brix in the Saint Maur vineyard on the south side of the Wairau Valley, fermented with indigenous yeasts in seasoned french oak barriques. Fresh with very ripe distinct tropical fruit flavours and balanced acidity, it has excellent richness and complexity, coupled with great drinkability.
This hand harvested, boutique style Savvy is a staff favourite, rich, dry & weighty with a creamy complexity, a full less acidic style. Fermented in wild yeast and matured in french oak, Touch of minerallity on the nose and rich tropical fruits on the palate, the acidity and oak in perfect balance.
