Hand-picked from a single vineyard and crafted in an off-dry Alsatian style. Whole bunch pressed and wild yeast ferment. Intensely flavoured with fresh pears, white peaches and a hint of cream plus a delicate seasoning of anise. Year in, year out, Neudorf continues to produces some of New Zealand's most highly regarded Pinot Gris. Would pair nicely with white fleshed fish.
