Loading... Please wait...Lemon, lime, mandarin peel and peach aroma's leap out of the glass, the palate is off-dry(11g/L residual sugar). The concentration and length is impressive and is nicely balanced by firm citrus fruit acidity. Only the freerun juice was fermented in stainless steel with a selected aromatic yeast. Fermentation was performed at low temperatures to retain the intense, aromatic citrus fruit characters produced by these Riesling grapes.
