What we say about the Gibbston Valley Late Harvest 2011

Gibbston Valley are the oldest winery in Central Otago and have been producing wine since 1987. The 2011 Late Harvets is an interesting blend of 2/3 Riesling and 1/3 Pinot Blanc. Very vibrant aroma's of honey and sweet peach, the palate is subtle with perfect balance of acidity and sugar. A very well made late harvest unusual blend even spent time in oak, very long finish.
