What the winery says about the Georges Michel La Reserve Viognier 2010

Our “La Reserve” range of wines are crafted in lesser quantity, aged longer in French oak with partial malolactic fermentation, followed by light filtration in order to retain a perfect combination of fruitiness and freshness, smoothness, complexity and a supple structure. Finely textured and well balanced, this refreshing style of Viognier has purity, length and weight. Eight months in new and seasoned oak barrels have produced a rich nose displaying subtle oak aromas which combine with the attractive lime and musky apricot fruit characters and finish with a long floral lift. Drink now or cellar 4 to 6 years.
