What the winery says about the Georges Michel La Reserve Chardonnay 2008

Our “La Reserve” range of wines are crafted in lesser quantity, aged longer in French oak with partial malolactic fermentation, followed by light filtration in order to retain a perfect combination of fruitiness and freshness, smoothness, complexity and a supple structure. Hazelnut and Vanilla aromas give way to delicate fruit flavours of guava and rock melon. Matured in French oak, the wine opens out to an elegant well-balanced palate with a lingering and classical finish.
