What the winery says about the Esk Valley Gimblett Gravels Syrah 2007 . . . .

This is a deeply coloured and aromatic wine representing the best of the harvest. It displays notes of red fruits, plums, pepper and spice with a subtle oak complexity. It is full bodied and very rich, but natural acidity so typical of Gimblett Gravels Syrah gives the wine freshness and length. Only 170 cases were produced.
