An intense red colour. Dark and intense, ripe blackberry and leather dominate the 2008 Ohiti Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. The palate is seamless with a sweet berry aftertaste. Having been aged in oak barriques for over a year, and then left to rest in tank for another year, has resulted in an inviting complexity.
