What we say . . . .

Something a little different! Late chardonnay fermented in stainless steel and fortified with alcohol distilled from Pinot Noir lees. Intense peach and apricot aromas carry through to the palate where they are supported by an underlying spiciness. The 96g/l residual sugar is balanced by good acidity producing sweetness without being syrupy. Enjoy with cheese or poached stone fruits.
