We work with one of New Zealand's leading wine export/shipping companies to provide a professional and FULLY INCLUSIVE wine delivery service from our store to your front door.

Every bottle is individually encased within polystyrene inside a heavy duty wine case for maximum protection to ensure the wine reaches you in perfect condition.

The process of shipping is:

• your wine is couriered from our store in Queenstown to the specialist shipping company in Auckland.
• your wine is packaged into the polystyrene wine cases ready for international shipping.
• your cases are consolidated with other cases and then sent by either air or sea freight to your country.
• after clearing Customs in your country, your wine cases are delivered by Express Courier direct to your delivery address.

Throughout the shipping process you can track the progress of your wine via your Account on our website and via the website of our shipping company.

Wine is packed into 8, 12 or 15 bottle cases.

The Lowest Shipping cost:

Our shipping prices are the actual costs we are charged by the wine shipping company, they are the most competitive costs available. 

There are several ways you can ensure you are using the most cost effective shipping method available on our website:

• As you add wines into your shopping cart you can check the "Select & Calculate Shipping Options" to view the various case sizes and costs - simply click
  

• The more bottles per case, the lower the cost per bottle.  The most cost effective case size is typically 15 bottles (Yes, strange as it may seem, for some countries shipping 15 bottles is actually cheaper than 12!).
  
• You can order as many cases as you want - there are volume discounts for customers in Australia, USA, UK and Japan if 3 or more cases are ordered.
• If you select to view wine prices in your local currency, the shipping costs will also be shown in your currency to provide you with an easy understanding of the cost.
