We can cater for groups of up to 100 people; we have a flexible space and a unique concept; and the fantastic wines of New Zealand are the focal point ....��� what more could you ask for?

Conferences and Events

We offer group packages at Wine Tastes for everything from a tutored tasting for 10 people all the way through to a private party for 100.

Organised Groups

We can cater for groups of up to 100 people and can provide an entertaining introduction to New Zealand wine as your group enjoys tasting wine with finger food. Typically, we provide:

• A brief look at Central Otago wine including an insight into the region, the grapes grown here and what makes this area so unique
• An introduction of how to taste wines and recognise aromas and flavours
• An explanation of how to use the wine system with your card. One wine is poured and then everyone is free to explore the shop

Free Time

For those occasions when time does not permit an organised wine event we can arrange brochures and vouchers for inclusion in conference welcome packs. Your guests are then free to seek us out in their own time - we know they will enjoy travelling New Zealand’s wine regions in the comfort of our wine lounge.

Other Group Options

• Off-site events ��� we can come to your venue and co-ordinate with your sponsors and suppliers to tailor a wine tasting experience to your needs.
• Themed Tastings ��� these can be focused on Central Otago, New Zealand, Pinot Noir, vertical tasting of one producer, or a comparison of varieties, regions and vintages. We can also involve local wineries and winemakers to host tastings and vineyard tours.
• Wine Options ��� a game where teams compete to answer questions relating to the wines served. The game can be tailored to the level of knowledge of your group.

Prices

We can supply Wine Tasting Cards to any value required. As a guide, a $20 card will allow you to taste 8-10 wines, depending upon the wines selected.
